TRAFFIC INFORMATION 

For traffic infractions, you may qualify for a condensed diversion or a modification of your charges. Speeds in excess or 110 or any driver who is a CDL holder are not eligible for diversion or modification of the charges.

If you want to provide Proof of Insurance, Driver’s License, or Registration, OR if you have any questions regarding your case or about applying for diversion or requesting modification of the charges, please contact the Sherman County Attorney’s Office.
